Gameplay:
-fixed bug preventing units from being placed sometimes
-fixed bug preventing engineers from mining a mine that another engineer died on
UI:
-Fixed all tooltips

Difficulty modes:
Easy - 1200 seconds
Medium - 2000 seconds
Hard - Unlimited
