Player Rules

1.Respect gm's and kages
2. NO SPAM
3. No advertiseing any other games
4. NO BUG ABUSE. If you find a bug report it do not abuse it or you will lose your save file.
5. No Academy or AFK Killing!!!
6.DO NOT SUMMON ANY PUPPETS OR OTHER SUMMONS IN BUILDINGS(Note:I Really Don't Mind If U Summon Them Outside)
7.DO NOT ASK FOR GM UNLESS YOU HAVE A TALENT
(codeing maper iconer stuff like that)
8. Speak english on the OOC.
9. Do not disrespect anybody in anyway (Racial slurs, Mothers, ANYTHING).

GM Rules

1. No summoning NPCs.
2. No forceing any rules on players other then ones listed above.
3. No using GM teleport or summon to PK.
4. No banning or jailing just because someone PKed you.
5. YOU WILL DO YOUR JOB. Failure to act can and will cost you your position.
6.Do Not Act Like A Noob
7. If in doubt ASK Any owner
8. NO BANNING PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE THEM OR THEY DISRESPECTED YOU(Boot them if they disrespect you More then 3 times Then IP ban them)
9. You also must follow the player rules, just because your a gm with a little power doesnt mean you can go around breaking them

Kage Rules

1.All GM Rules Apply To kages
2. Only 3 Sannins allowed.
3. Only 1 ANBU-CAP allowed.
4. Only 11 ANBU allowed.
5. When you make a Sannin, ANBU-CAP, or ANBU they get to pick one jutsu from the list. No tradeing in and Sannins will need to be made Anbu 1st to get both jutsus. If you abuse this function YOU WILL LOSE YOUR KAGESHIP!

Ranker's Boost
1. For Voting us 1st you will get 700k Stamina, and chakra boost along with Jounin
(nin, gen, and tai boost will be added when all bugs have been fixed).
2. For voting us 2nd you will get 600k stamina, and chakra boost along with chuunin
3. For voting us 3rd you will get 500k stamina, and chakra boost along with Capped genin.
4. 4th and lower will receive 300k health and chakra boost.

**NOTE #1**
All ranking members get their stats back after a P-wipe(Only if the Wipe wasnt important).

**NOTE #2**
There are hardly ever any P-wipes.
